This isn't about touching your toes or holding a shape for the photo. It's about noticing what your body has been carrying — and slowly, deliberately, putting some of it down.

A little yoga, a big difference
Practising yoga with Mike has genuinely changed my life. Living in a different state, I love that I can join from the comfort of my own home — no travel, no rushing, just roll out the mat, click the link, and we're ready to go. What sets Mike apart is how personal his teaching feels, even through a screen: he watches your form, makes individual adjustments, and suggests ways to improve each pose, so you never feel like you're just following a video. Most of all, it's made a real difference to my chronic pain and how I feel in my body.
— JenOne of the best things I've committed to
Yoga with Mike has been one of the best things I've committed to this past year. I've been through cancer treatment and I'm now in remission, and I take medication daily that can cause ongoing joint pain and stiffness — Mike's classes have been a blessing. He takes the time to understand my limitations and adjusts the class to suit my needs. His supportive, caring approach has made such a positive difference to my mobility, strength and wellbeing. I'm so grateful to have found his classes.
— MariaWhy I teach
Yoga gave me a way out of my own head when I badly needed one. I teach because I want it to do that for other people too.
Not the intimidating, hyper-flexible, look-at-me version — the honest one. The kind that meets you where your body actually is, treats stiffness and self-consciousness as completely normal, and asks nothing of you except that you show up and breathe.
That's the whole aim: not to make you good at yoga, but to help you feel a little more at home in yourself. If that's something you've been looking for, I'd love to practise with you.
